Although I was born in Houston, Texas, I have spent most of my life on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, where the local community and culture have deeply shaped my values and perspective. Like many others, my journey has not been without challenges; during my high school years, I spent significant time reflecting on my insecurities, fears, and personal struggles, eventually realizing that no one is perfect and that growth comes not from dwelling on our flaws, but from the actions we take to move forward.
This understanding became the foundation of my work, where I now help others build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and overall well-being through a structured and holistic approach.
My work integrates three core components: Evaluate, a voice-based analysis program that detects emotional patterns, assesses stress levels, and explores the connection between emotional strain and physical health; Xerox: Voice Energy Scan Results, which provides deeper insight into how emotional stress may influence the body’s organ systems through personalized reports reviewed in one-on-one sessions with actionable guidance; and Connect: Bridging Mind and Body, which helps individuals process negative emotions through mindfulness, guided reflection, and personalized support to strengthen resilience and promote personal growth.
Through this integrated approach, my goal is to support individuals both within my community and beyond in confronting their internal challenges with clarity and confidence, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to move forward so they can one day look back and truly see how far they have come.
